I founded Polaris Advisory after leading complex work in enterprise risk management and strategic decision‑making. For over 20 years, I’ve operated in high-stakes, highly regulated environments where the cost of poor decisions is measured in millions. I built frameworks to manage that risk. I trained leaders to make grounded choices when the stakes were highest and the noise was loudest.

Divorce is that environment…but almost no one brings that lens to it.

I’ve been through separation and divorce myself — while raising children, managing a demanding career, and showing up publicly in roles that required steadiness, discretion, and good judgment.
